Go to Dashboard/+ (New project or import)/Create project…. A setup wizard walks you through the title, premise, cover image, season/episode basics, and (optionally) a pilot template. You can leave most fields blank and fill them in later via Settings/Project settings/Edit project settings… — nothing is locked in at creation.
